You may have noticed the changes in the courses used for SCCX this year, including races held in San Jose for our first time.
All of our old courses (from the early days of SCCX) are now too small to accomodate the 80+ fields we get in the Senior events these days. As the series becomes bigger, the old courses become too small and we must locate appropriate new courses.
You can help by keeping your eyes peeled for new sites. Some things to be aware of: some sites will be more appropriate for MTB events (all dirt, mostly singletrack) or won't have any parking, etc.
But if you come across a location you think would fit our needs, let us know and we'll give it a look-over. It might even make its way into the series next year. Thanks!
